journal entry-8/31/23

Back in MtV & back to work. I got a lot done pretty early. I was feeling stir crazy and figured I deserved to go out. Strolled around a bookstore in the Village…pretty ho-hum event. I was feeling down so just went to Big Poppa’s for some lovin. Thatwas perfect….came back the next day recharged.

Things are moving along witht he sale of the house. It’s all a big ball of stress. I’m excited for the next chapter. But I hate moving! And this has been a ton of work dealing with all of Gma’s things which is distracting because it’s emotioinal. Imiss her. I’m mad at her. I’m a mess 😀

I’m also running into 1k things I want to make art with. She had some cool stuff! I can see many possibilities for elements for books and boxes.

I’m dertemined to line something in fur! I guess I’m excited to use luxurious matierials in my work. Otherwise it would just rot in a closet.

Anyway…I have no shortage of ideas. Just feelin fucked cuz I really need to give a lot of time to the house right now.

So I think I’ll set up a few pages for lists of projects to get to. I’m gonna establish a structure for studio time.

AND i’M NOT GIVING UP MY STUDIO TIME! 4a-9a IS MINE!
